Guests have full use of our gardens, choice of four deck areas, walking trails, fire pit area, as well as numerous locations along Sutton Creek.

Reservations for all events require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your selected dates.
Sutton Mill is not available for overnight accommodations.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1000 is required on all booked events. The security deposit is payable by check only and is due 7 business days before your event date.
If no damages have been found within seven days after the event, the security deposit will be refunded to you.

All clients must provide a General Liability Certificate of Insurance. (Your event coordinator can assist with this.)

All Vendor Partners must provide General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Product Liability Certificates of Insurance.

Sutton Mill requires that smoking be restricted to the outdoor areas and that materials be disposed of in the receptacles provided for this purpose.

Although we love pets, they are not permitted at Sutton Mill. Due to our unrestricted natural spring pond, extra care must be taken for guests under the age of 16.

Event Rental for a four hour duration is $5000.00 plus 7% sales tax. Rental fee includes: Event Director, 20 x 40 tenting, 100 chairs, Event Day Officer and Parking Coordinator.
