Formal or informal, large or small, Sutton Mill offers a venue that will make your event unforgettable; it's a perfect natural setting for your special day.

A Sutton Mill event includes exclusive use of the entire property, five acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, four covered porches, a creek side stone pavilion with church pews, limited tables, chairs for up to 100 guests and bridal changing rooms within The Mill House, Miller's Cottage and The Barn House.

$5000.00 Rental Fee

Rental Fee Includes:
Event Director, 20 x 40 tenting, 100 chairs, Event Day Officer and Parking Coordinator.

For the safety of our guests and Sutton Mill, all clients and vendor partners must provide necessary Certificates of Insurance.
